Do you take on small renovation jobs?

Does B7 Builders undertake cOMMERCIAL renovations?

Yes - we do commercial renovations, shop fit-outs and whiteboxing (restoration after a tenant moves out).

Does B7 Builders do residential remodeling?

How much does a 1500 square foot medical office buildout cost?

The average cost per square foot of a medical office build-out can range from $80 per square foot to $140 per square foot. It really depends on what the build-out involves. Do you require a reception desk? An X-Ray room? High end finishes? Will B7 design my office space, or do i need to hire a separate architect?

If you have design plans in place, we can build out your commercial space according to those plans. If you do not have plans prepared, we can design the build-out ourselves. We have the ability to produce full plan sets including architectural plans, structural plans, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and all required documentation in order to get the build permit.

Does B7 Builders build ground up projects?

Unfortunately we do not build ground up. Our specialty is tenant improvement and commercial renovation.
