What can concrete polishing do for your office space you ask?

​Say you have a warehouse that you want to convert a portion of into office space. Business is growing and you need to take on new hires, and you just don't have the space to accommodate all. Short of moving to a new location altogether, the logical solution would be to convert a portion of your warehouse into new office space, preferably open office space at that.  But wait, that concrete floor looks awful! Not to worry, we have the solution.

​No matter what shape your concrete flooring is in, we at B7 Builders can polish that concrete floor to many levels of shine to meet your requirements. On the low shine spectrum, we grind down the imperfections and give your floor a buffed, cleaned look. On the higher end, we can give it a mirror like shine to where you can see your reflection in it (think Costco floor look). And everything in between.

We start out by patching any cracking, then move on to the grinding process. A higher level of shine is achieved with every pass our machines take.  Once the required level of shine is achieved, we go ahead and seal that floor to protect it against spills, stains and the like.
